This luxury condominium project in Park City, Utah includes fifty very high end custom homes and three levels of amenities throughout five different buildings. To meet the designers’ intent, Superior sourced and installed 119 different types and sizes of marble, quartz, ceramic tile, VLT and custom wool carpet.
Superior was awarded this project in large measure due to its ability to source materials from around the world and to fabricate natural stone and quartz in its own facilities. Superior sourced approximately 75,000 sf of marble from Italy, Spain, China, Turkey and Indonesia; 37,000 sf of handmade ceramic tile from Napa, California and China; 10,000 sf of quartz from Israel; and 8,000 square yards of handmade wool carpet from Pakistan.
Superior supplied and installed marble and handmade ceramic tile in over 200 bathrooms and kitchens, cut to size marble and quartz fireplace surrounds in every unit along with counter tops, tub decks and vanities. Superior also installed stone in portions of the public areas, including marble floors in connecting hallways. Finally, Superior sourced and installed handmade wool carpet from Pakistan in bedrooms throughout the project.
Superior fabricated natural stone and quartz in its Las Vegas facility – making two deliveries of finished countertops, vanities and fireplace surrounds to the jobsite every week.
The majority of Superior’s work was performed during the winter, adding to the complexity of this project.
