The Downtown Grand, formerly known as Lady Luck, is the anchor for the Downtown Entertainment District in Las Vegas. The area hosts many restaurants and bars, casinos like the “D”, the Mob Museum and the swank Smith Center for the Performing Arts.
SUPERIOR installed over 84,000 SF of porcelain tile, and refinished vanities in 743 remodeled guest rooms. In the low rise, casino and pool areas. SUPERIOR installed 10,000 SF of brick veneer, 12,000 SF of quarry tile, 24,000 SF of decorative and mosaic tiles, and 25,000 SF Peruvian travertine on the beautiful fifth floor pool deck. SUPERIOR custom fabricated in its Las Vegas fabrication facility bars and countertops made from marble, quartz , and granite. SUPERIOR completed the entire project in less than six months.
